Workflows (17)

Workflow Demo of statistics webservice invoked from... (1)

This "spreadflow" was created by searching Seekda for a statistics webservice, adding it using "Web Services References" in Excel, and creating a simple VBA module to implement the corresponding Excel functions (sum, average, standard deviation etc) . The module simply gathers data from the cells to build an array of doubles that can be passed to the webservice. For more details about adding webservices to Excel see the inchidemo workflow http://www.myexperiment.org/workf...

Workflow Optimal Paths Filter (1)

Thumb
This workflow filters a given Ondex graph based on the optimal path between one or more concepts. The result is a new Ondex graph. The parameters that can be used with service are as follows: graphId - the ID of the input Graph. outputGraphId - the ID of the output Graph. Optional parameter. If no output graph is specified filtered items will be removed from the input graph. PathwayDefinition - pathway definition file. StatisticsOutputDir - The directory to output statistics (Optional). Incl...

Workflow Mouse Brain Image Analysis: General Linear... (1)

Thumb
Overview - General Linear Model The workflow runs voxelwise statistics on two populations of mice. Each of the populations has been scanned prior to injection of a label and at four subsequent timepoints.   Problem addressed by this workflow The workflow addresses several problems. First of all, it performs co-registration between the subjects from the two populations and at different timepoints. It then scales all images. Finally, it runs a multiple linear regression module t...
